What I’m up to

I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and work at LPL Financial. I’m passionate about working with others to create exceptional experiences that feel natural and solve real problems. I thrive in working with others to define problems and opportunities, create empathy for users, and iterate through possible solutions. I really enjoy solving big problems and thinking through complexity, so that users don’t have to!

Interests

I’m always intrigued by good design – when something just feels right. Whether it be a welcoming space or a thoughtful meal, good design is all about intentionality in how people will experience something.

When I am not working, I enjoy hiking with my dog, reading about human behavior, running, having passionate discussions with friends, planning home or garden projects, trying new foods, and traveling. I also spend time mentoring students of a college scholarship / leadership program – Caldwell Fellows at NC State – where we focus on Servant-Leadership development (as a program graduate).
